Q; Will the Cool Rooms fit into a garage?
A; A minimum Height of 2.35 meters is required for the smallest cool room we have currently. As of June 08 we will have a Cool Room which has an overall height of 2 meters which should fit into a standard Garage
Q; How long will it take before you can use the Cool Rooms?
A; It takes 30 min approximately to chill the cool rooms.
Q; Will the Ovens work in a normal house?
A; Yes, as long as the oven is run on its own circuit. The oven cannot be run on a double adaptor.
Q; I have stairs can you carry the Equipment?
A; Yes, MAK Enterprises now offers it own Hercules stair climber for the moving of large equipment so stairs are not a problem.
Q; How much notice do you need?
A; Minimum 24 hours notice to ensure we can deliver to you on time.

Q; What condition is the equipment in when delivered?
A; We take great pride in our equipment, each piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned after each hire ensuring quality at all times
Q; Do I need to clean before returning Goods?
A; Yes Goods need to be returned in the same way as received. Otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged @ 40.00 per hour as per standard practice.
Q; How long is your hire period?
A; Our hire period is based on a 24 hour period.
Q; Do you deliver?
A; Yes we do deliver. Free of Charge within Sydney Metropolitan Area.
Q; Who pays in the event of Loss or breakage?
A; The client takes on all responsibilities during the possession.
Q; When do I need to pay?
A; All Equipment must be paid in full before delivery.
Q; Do you accept EFT/ Credit Cards ?
A; Yes please refer to Terms & Conditions.
