Operational Video

How to operate:

Connect Gas, bottle turned on, gas valve inside cabin turned on (butterfly needs to be in line with the pipe).

Press on/off button and turn to pilot

After 2 minutes, manually ignite with a stick lighter beneath the control

Hold in pilot light for one minute, then release, turn anti clockwise and fryer will start

Cleaning

Ensure all oil removed and crumbs and food cleared and wiped out with paper

Troubleshooting

Q: Fryer won’t light

A:

Follow instructions in the Usage Instructions Tab, check the gas connection, then check for gas leaks and kinked hoses.

Ensure that the O Ring is on, so the gas does not escape.

If you can hear gas leaking the O Ring may be off. Shut down immediately.
